Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are typically between 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at michael@cleartimberline.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues may be outside of our direct control.
